This Privacy Policy describes how Sejal Gaming ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our Goal Planner mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Our App is designed to be a private and personal tool. All the data you create is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We collect the following types of information:

a) Information You Provide Directly:

Goal Information: When you create a goal, you may provide information such as a goal title, description, target financial amount, and a deadline date.

Financial Progress Entries: You can add numerical entries for "deposits" and "withdrawals" to track your progress towards a goal. Please Note: The App does not handle real money, process payments, or connect to any real financial accounts or institutions. These entries are for tracking and management purposes only.

Images: You may choose to upload an image from your device's gallery or camera to associate with a specific goal (e.g., a photo of your dream house or car). These images are stored locally within the App's data folder on your device.

b) Information Stored on Your Device:

Local App Data: All the information mentioned above (goals, financial entries, images) is stored in a private directory on your device associated with the App.

Backup & Restore Files: The App provides functionality to back up your data as a JSON or CSV file. This file is created and stored on your device's storage at your request. You are responsible for managing and securing these backup files. The App will only access these files when you explicitly use the "Restore" functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App's functionality. The purposes are as follows:

To Provide Core Features: To allow you to set, view, and manage your goals, track your financial progress, and visualize your goals with images.

To Enable Notifications: To send you local notifications and reminders about your goal deadlines, if you have enabled this feature.

To Enable Backup and Restore: To create backup files (JSON/CSV) of your data and to restore from these files when you initiate the action.

To Manage Your Data: To allow you to archive completed goals and restore them later.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All your personal data is stored locally on your mobile device. We do not have access to your personal data, and it is not uploaded to any external servers. If you uninstall the App, all its data stored on your device will be deleted (unless you have created a separate backup file).

Security: We take reasonable measures to help protect the information stored on your device. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for the security of your device and any backup files you create.

4. Permissions Required by the App

The Goal Planner app may request the following permissions on your Android device:

Storage (Read/Write): This permission is required to allow you to upload images from your gallery and to create (save) and read backup files (JSON/CSV) on your device's storage.

Notifications: This permission is required to send you reminders about your goals.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data within the App. You can:

Access and Modify: Access, edit, or update your goal information at any time within the App.

Delete: Delete individual goals or all your data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App.

Data Portability: Export your goal data at any time using the "Backup" feature, which creates a JSON or CSV file.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
